Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Instructor: Johnny Packard

Johnny is the founder and lead instructor of Tai Chi Lake Geneva. He has studied and taught Tai Chi for 9 years. He knows many of the Tai Chi for Health forms and has been certified to teach the Tai Chi for Health “Arthritis Form”, “Energy Form” and “Rehabilitation Form” by the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
