When: Monday’s, 6 week session starting Monday, January 14th from 6:00-7:00pm. Free Workshop on Monday, January 7th from 6:00-7:00pm

New Adult Fitness Class starting January 7th! Tai Chi for Beginners: Introduction to the Yang 24 Forms! First workshop on January 7th is Free! This program is suitable for both brand new and experienced Tai Chi participants. Movements will be modified as needed for participants with mobility challenges.

Zumba Toning

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick) It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.

When: Tuesday and Thursday Morning

Time: 9:15 – 10:15am

WERQ

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music.

When: Tuesday Night & Friday Morning

Time: Tuesday – 5:00 – 6:00pm, Friday – 8:30 – 9:30am

Tai Chi

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

When: Tuesday Mornings

Time: Tuesday 10:30 – 11:30am

Cost: $60 for 6 classes for new participants, $35 for 5 Classes after first 6 classes or $10 Per Class

Instructor: Johnny Packard

Johnny is the founder and lead instructor of Tai Chi Lake Geneva. He has studied and taught Tai Chi for 9 years. He knows many of the Tai Chi for Health forms and has been certified to teach the Tai Chi for Health “Arthritis Form”, “Energy Form” and “Rehabilitation Form” by the Tai Chi for Health Institute.

STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synched Music Motivation.

When: Monday Evening 6:15 – 7:15pm & Wednesday Evening 6:00 – 7:00pm

Zumba

Zumba is a Latin and international dance inspired cardio fitness exercise that combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves. You don’t have to know how to dance to Zumba. It’s a “feel happy” workout!
